Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. 

Return Eligibility

• Request made within 7 days of the delivery date
• Item/s must be unused & in original packaging with tags
• Item/s must not have any body odour or marks

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer will pay the shipping charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

We do inspect the product thoroughly before shipping. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, items bought with discount codes and gift cards.
• We will not accept returns due to body odour or make-up marks on the dresses, as it's inevitable due to try-ons. 
• We will not accept returns due to product smell that occurs as a result of packaging and temperature. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
