Shipping policy

98% of our orders are shipped on time within 24 hours of your order being placed during business days. Please note pre-orders will take 6 weeks to be delivered.. Some orders can be delayed due high demand periods such as Ramadan or New Year.

Order Changes

We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they agree to our terms of sale before placing an order and ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.

Lost / Refused Packages

We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered. This responsibility is handed over to the delivery service provider and we are not in anyway liable. You are welcome to contact the shipping carrier through the tracking link. We are happy to help with details regarding you package to assist in discovery.
